

Master Coach Tournament Rules & Regulations
Please read the following rules carefully. Participation in the tournament implies acceptance of these regulations by all teams, coaches, and players.

1.1. General Rules Unless otherwise stated in this document, FIFA rules shall apply to all matches. In the case of any dispute or interpretation, the decision of the tournament organizing committee shall be final.
1.2. Draw for Groups The Tournament Committee will conduct a draw for all age-groups at a date not less than 7 days before the event. A final fixture list will then be published on the official tournament channels/app.
1.3. Points System Points in the group stages will be awarded as follows:

Win: 3 points

Draw: 1 point

Loss: 0 points

2.1. Time Allowance (Walkovers) A maximum allowance of five (5) minutes shall be granted after the scheduled kick-off time by the referee. Failing to appear within this time, a walkover may be awarded to the opponents with full points and a registered score of 3-0.
2.2. Substitutions

Rolling substitutions (players can re-enter the same match) are allowed.

The substitute must wait for the player leaving the pitch to exit completely before entering.

When substituting, the team must notify the referee when the ball is out-of-bounds for the substitution to occur.

3.1. Coaches, Managers & Supporters Behavior Coaches, team managers, and supporters shall not question the referee's decision. The use of foul language and/or aggressive behavior could lead to a team being removed from the tournament. Reminder: All teams are reminded that this is a youth tournament and that positive support is strongly encouraged.

4.1. Jurisdiction In the event of any protest or dispute regarding the tournament, the Tournament Committee shall have sole jurisdiction in settling the matter.
4.2. Team Protests Process If a team wishes to make a formal protest regarding a player's age or review a match decision:

The team must pay a RM300 fee for the incident to be reviewed.

If the review is successful (protest upheld), the Protest Fee will be refunded.

If the review is unsuccessful (protest rejected), the Protest Fee will be forfeited.

5.1. Insurance and Risk A medical team will be on site at tournament locations to aid with injuries. However, players must have their own personal medical insurance. The tournament organizers, Master Coach, are not liable for any death, disability, personal injury, loss of property, or any other loss arising from any cause whatsoever at any time during the course of this tournament. Each player/team is responsible for their own health and safety upon agreement to participate.
5.2. Extreme Weather Protocol In the event of extreme weather affecting the planned tournament schedule, adjustments may be made by the committee in the following order to ensure the completion of the event:

Rescheduling of games to later time slots.

Reducing match duration times.

Moving matches to backup venues.
5.3. Act of God (Force Majeure) If the field becomes unsuitable for play due to heavy rain, lightning, or for any other unforeseen reasons, the Tournament Committee reserves the right to make final decisions on the event's continuation or change the format of the event as necessary.
